One of my annual rites after the Royal is to combine all the open bottles of sauce in my refrigerator into one large container. I use this sauce for all the rib trimmings from the years' contests that I have accumulated in my freezer.
I serve these rib tips at an annual party and almost at least one person inquires about what sauce I used because they like it so much. I always tell them it is a secret sauce. The response is always the same, "Oh you won't tell me because it's secret?"
I then tell them that reason the sauce is secret is because I don't know what different brands are in the sauce.
