That's what's so cool about bbq'ers...almost everything can be fixed with a shot of Gentleman Jack, and hell, we're all nuts for doing this anyway! Standing under a piece of plastic in a tornado worrying about the temp in the fire box and how much time there is before turnins...all for a chance that we get a call to the stage for a $2 ribbon...and spent $750 that weekend to do it? We could have stayed home and mowed the yard. LOL
