How is burnt wood not wood in its natural state? is there a added filler to burnt wood? oh it's that unnatural fire effect, which does happen in nature- lightning strikes, wild fires..? Pellets aren't even a close argument to that one! you need a machine, fillers, binders, grinding, etc...
I'm for pellet cookers just not in competitions, to me just not the spirit of true bbq, would ban guru's also... I mean why dont they put jet engines in NASCAR? It just about finishing first right?
