Exactly! And you guys who want to compete with anything and everything, there's a big money contest that's been in existence for decades. No silly arguments about what barbecue is, no archaic Kansas City Barbecue Society rules to hold you back. Just Google "Pillsbury Bake-Off" and you'll find it. You can win a million bucks and just forget about the old fashioned, left-behind barbecuers in the KCBS.
