Howard I have to say a while back on this forum I told you that you couldn't get smoke flavor out of a gas cooker. When I started coming down your way you fed me some bbq that you had cooked on your OH.
As usual you proved me wrong......just like the apple trees, buffalo and lamas too......
Got a CTO coming down this next trip to go with the EDX in "my" yard!
I agree 100% that you can easily oversmoke in these things. I've come close a couple of times.
