When I first came here I thought I was hot sh!t with my NBBD. I learned differently. It was drbbq's pellet cooker that convinced me that was the way to go. Not that he sold it, I just new it would be easier for me to cook. 4 months later, we were driving down to KC to pick up my smoker... Still use it to this day and I think that was 2001.
My whole feeling is that this whole pellet issue is not an issue. They conform to the KCBS rules that were set. While I personally have no problem going up against someone cooking gas. I can see why KCBS does not allow them. But I am only one voice of KCBS. My voice can only be heard once a year when I vote.
